I am not an adult with CAH but have the same concerns for my daughter.  I can’t tell you how relieved I was when I went to talk to a specialist about prenatal treament when my husband and I were talking about having another child.  She had just helped a women with CAH conceive and go on to have a normal delivery.  She didn’t get into details but I it was enough to bring me to tears, because I have always wondered if my baby will be able to have babies of her own. 

FYI...I also noticed a post on another subject of someone with CAH having twins.
