I don’t have CAH, but my daugter does & I had the same concerns, however I have met with a CAH adult who is the mother of 3 beautiful healthy kids.  She had no problems getting pregnant or with her pregnancy.  I honestly think that some people withCAH may have fertility issues, just like some people who have no medical condition have fertility issues.  It may be the CAH, it may be a host of other things.  It took me 2.5yrs to get pregnant myself.
