Regarding being a fussy baby.  Actually she was a very easy, calm baby.   So these outbursts came as quite a surprise when they started at about 2 1/2.  They have subsided for several months at a time then we go through another phase.  I am just trying again to get them figured out this time with more urgency because of school starting in the fall.
