Vere well said! It is great to have something really cutzy for the girls but it is very important to recognize that it is for medical purposes!! I did start out with the medic alert in the beginning. I felt I didn’t need it or the membership fee. They still have to get the info when an emergency arises and then contact the proper people. I feel the bracelet it self does that for you. WHen the emergency occurs they will  have all the info on that bracelet and they can direclty call!! That is my opinion. So its whatever gives you peace of mind!!
