There have been many discussions in the past and I think it is fair to say that when meds are out of whack it can affect behaviour.  CAH is a hormonal disorder, how many of us feel ratty when it is our time of the month?  To me it stands to reason meds can cause this, many adults have described here how some meds make them feel with mood swings etc. We as parents can only observe, where as the adults on this board with CAH can tell us of their experiences!  When children are young, of course they go through stages, however I think as parents we know what is the norm for our child. Some here follow the Circadian Rhythm dosing and have seen changes in weight etc. and behaviour, yes twice dosing may keep levels OK but through our experience smaller doses throughout the day is more natural and has less side effects.  Good luck Stacy, whether it is the meds or not, your concern shows what a good parent you are.
