I don’t have CAH, but I had difficulty conceiving.  I joined an infertility group, and everyone in the group eventually got pregnant.  I don’t want to give anyone false hope, but reproductive endocrinologists have really made amazing progress.  I really know so many people with seemingly insurmountable problems (like women who were 43!) or women with only 1/2 of an ovary, who got pregnant.  Go to a reproductive endocrinologist.  A lot of women waste years with regular gynecologists.  Would clomid help?  That’s a drug that women with PCO use to help them ovulate.
