I have CAH and No Kids....Personally with all of the times I was intimate and unprotected I should have been pregnant at least once, so it could be an issue, My Endo said that I had all the equipment to have a baby but so far none...It was an issue for me for a while and somewhere in the back of my head it still gnaws at me but I suppose maybe I am not supposed to mother any children.  As far as I know I am not SWCAH, then again my doctors were a bit unclear about some of it as I grew up and I haven’t seen an endo in about 5 years.  I take Prednisone 2 times daily... just wanted to add my 2 cents
