re: re: re: Does anyone know why Dr New doses 2x

I have to agree with the theory as to why Dr. New is giving twice a day.  My son is 9 and we are very good about his meds.  I won’t say we are never late with the afternoon one (mostly on weekends) because he gets it at school all week.  But that being said my son is also great about remembering them too.  I’ve actually received calls from the nurse at school early morning because all of a sudden he’s not sure he got his morning meds.  The days / times run together for him sometime but he always double checks.  For the past two years he has gone to the nurses office every day on his own and has never needed to be reminded by his teachers or called down by the nurse.  He’s just programmed.  The same at night he just takes it before bed.  I put them in his plate in the morning when I set the table.  We also carry some in a vile that we hang from our key rings so that if we are out and forgot to bring his daily case then we can still give them to him on time.
