Michelle - my son (SWCAH) also has acne - there are things the doctors can give which can clear the skin and prevent scars.  Ask to see a dermatologist!  It was the high doses of dex that started my son’s skin off!  Good luck - there is also antibiotic lotion the doctors can prescribe!
