I have a 12 yr old dauhter and a 8 yr old son w/ CAH
My experience with my kids is beside their meds ,hunger can make my kids rage. cortef can make your child very hungry and at a early age kids don’t realize and you don’t ither that hunger can make them very irritable. Also I have always heard that cortef only lasts 8 hours, so a twice a day dose, could be leaving her short changed. I wish I had known when my dauhter was three what was making her so raging. I thought she was srong willed and definent.
we had some terrible fights three to five then she chilled till about 11 and we are at it again. but I now know just give her space and she comes around, Good Luck, susie
