Hi Anne-marie, It is good that Ashley has an interest in food as it can be hard to get kids to eat due to the meds and it’s side effects. I have been a Chef for 18 yrs in many different restaurants around Aust. I know it can be hard to cook with salt i have found the best way is to ONLY put a pinch of salt in the dish than get somebody in the kitchen to taste it, then if i want more salt myself i put it on my own food so everyone doesn’t suffer and the meal tastes perfect for all. Does Ashley go thru stages where he craves really salty foods. It has alot to do with what meds you are on. Iam on Dexa and florinef in large doses and being around food for 12 -14 hrs a day can be interesting. My main passion is desserts, cakes, biscuits, so away from extra salt in dishes.

I am working now in Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia.

I am SWCAH and iam 33yrs old. Hope Ashley keeps his desire going for cooking.

Goodluck and keep on cooking.

Jayne
