We had the same issue with my daughter. She was oversuppressed and we gound a wonderful new endo who would lower her cortef and had us divide the meds 3 times a day not 2 as she was easily affected by the meds. This helped her some but what really helped her was switching to 4 times a day (3am, 7am, noon and 5:30) times with biggest doeses given at 3am and 7am. This method has worked wonders for our daughter. She has slowly but surely crept back onto the charts for height and is up to 50% now. My husband and I are both tall so this is what you’d expect. Her levels have been fine as is her bone age. You might try the archives under circadium rhythm dosing. WE had to write a persusive letter to our endo with all the research articles to back this way of dosing up. It’s not needed for everyong with CAH but for those who are overly sensitive to side effects it really works well as it more closely mimics the bodies natural way of secreting cortisol. Good luck JuliaJulia S
