Anyone have a nonclassic CAH child?

My 7month old son began growing scrotal hair at 3 months.  He is a pretty healthy child otherwise however is very large for his age.  The hair growth has continued but so far his electrolytes are normal.  He is bordering on low testosterone, if anyone knows what that may mean.

My questions are, if anyone knows, the endo told us that he will pass a full copy of this gene to all his offsprings, which means they will all have CAH.  Does this mean that he can only pass the nonclassic form or could it be any form of CAH?

Also endo says at this point it is optional to treat him depending on if he has worsening symptoms.  Anyone have a child with eary onset of puberty?  And was it this early?  All the literature I can find doesn’t mention any children with early puberty until at least age 4.

I know I am lucky that I have a boy with only nonclassic CAH.  However I also have a 3 year old girl and a 4 year old boy who I now don’t know whether to test.  Any ideas?

Thanks
