Our pharmacy mixed a sodium chloride solution that was covered by our insurance.  We have had 3 different insurances since he was born / diagnosed and all three covered it. 

For those of you having trouble getting your little ones to take it .... we just injected it with a syringe into his formula and then his milk when he got older.  He was on it until about 6 1/2 years old.  He never gave us trouble.  He was on as much as 44 CC’s per day at one point.  We would break it up over 4  6-8oz bottles / glasses a day.  If memory serves me correctly there are 5 cc’s to a tablespoon so as you can see he was getting quite a bit of salt.
