Niki, if you check the Medic Alert website, they have lots of styles to choose from.  There is the standard stainless steel bracelet and then there are some really nice silver and gold styles to choose.  Of course, they are considerably more expensive.  They also have necklaces as well.  Lest anyone worry that they would not be recognized as medical jewelry, they still contain the Medic Alert emblem and are easily recognizable - just a little more attractive.  Actually, Niki, my daughtter is almost 16 and still wears the plain stainless steel.  She is not a fancy jewelry person and it is most durable.
