just one persons opinion, but i would just do the genetic test first.  then if need be, do the acth test, each person is different.  he might still have cah, but just a milder case or just not need as much meds, as generally thought.  do genetic, that way you don’t have to worry about taking off meds, and all of the worry that goes along with that.
