I am sorry to hear about all of your problems and I wish I was in a position to help you personally ...but unfortunately most people are strapped with there own finiancial problems when they have children and loved ones who take medicine on a regular basis. I agree with danny ... I think that a local church or Social service or the Health Department could help you in some way if you can prove that having the phone is needed for an emergency.
