I had a similar episode with my then 3 year old SWCAH, he did not have a seizure though.  Since that time I wake my kids up in the night when they are sick,  give a glass of juice and a dose of cortef. I have not had an issue since I started that protocol. I came up with it myself.  I have two SW CAH boys 5 and 8.
