My daughter had low blood sugar until 3 yrs.  Early morning she would not wake up and would be lethargic, cold, clamy.  After two calls to 911, we kept glutose on hand.  squirting this in her mouth, a full dose, she would wake up and be fine.  Scary.  Seemed to occur after long night, say 10 hours of fasting.  Never heard of a connection with CAH til today.  She is 13.
