My son had a huge appetite when he was on too much Cortef; as soon as his dose was lowered, it tapered off.  He is still a good eater (eats 3 meals and 2-3 snacks daily with little fuss) at 14 months, but does not eat constantly.  Do you think it could be her medication is just a little higher than she needs?
