When my two boys were babies the pharmacy over here crushed up the tablets and measured out the exact doses and placed them into into small individual packages for us,it was time consuming for the pharmacy but they never considered it a problem. I know things are different over here in Scotland but maybe you could speak to your pharmacist and see what they think
