I had a volunteer who speaks Spanish look at the letter, and he told me the gist of it. The gist of it is what I wrote in my original post. We don’t have the resources to do professional translation of everything that comes in to us.

I doubt it. They weren’t asking for help or charity.

Reality may be different from policy. Especially if you live somewhere far from metropolitan areas.
