Just thought I would share a tip. I have two boys with SV CAH. They both are on the cortef tab and both are doing great. I have never again needed to crush a pill after my dad gave me this tip. He told me to take a baby spoon, put a drop of water on it and drop the pills in. Give it a second or two and slip it in the baby’s mouth. No fuss, no mixing it in other stuff and no trying to figure out if any is left in a bottle or syringe.  I do this with my 6 month old son’s morning dose since it is florinef and cortef together and I do it for his evening dose since he is sleeping.  In the afternoon, I just pop the pill in his mouth and he gums it.  My now 3 yr old just chews up all his meds even the one he gets while he is asleep!!
