I was told by my doctor and the pharmacist that the hydro-suspension was good for thirty days .  I can’t imagine having to get it every week. But...everyone is different. I DO shake the medicine longer now after reading that some shake it for five minutes or longer. Maritza seems to do ok taking this ,but I am going to ask next visit about changing to the tabs ...just to be safe and the fact she is going to be four in Dec. My heart goes out to the parent that lost there child due to HYdro-suspension. Thank you for posting and letting us know how aware we should be on this medication. Cherry
