Mine woke up every two hours and would feed for half hour and had to be burped for another half hour. As they get older it gets better. Believe me ! We have all been there. They retain more as their stomach gets bigger and they can feed longer whether bottle or breast.  Some say that after three months they no longer need the middle of the night feed. Each child is different. My daughter slept through the night for the first time only after she turned a year old.

So hang in there ! It does get better. Wait till the 2s and 3s hit !
