Going for Christi’s check up tomorrow and the doctor has promised to change her meds from the dex to cortef.  He said he would do it last time but wanted me to try one more time to keep her weight under control.  Well, we have been walking, swimming, dieting, you name it to no avail.  I am cringing at having to have her step on the scales tomorrow.  Just asking for prayers that he changes her meds and we see some difference in a few months.  I will keep you all posted.  Took a survey of people in my small circle, they all told me she looked (in their words), swollen, bloated, retaining too much water.  Just PRAY we get the switch.  If not, we will be looking for another doctor.
