I have a daughter 7 with SWCAH. My daughter has been getting stomach aches lately. We have not had her levels checked for quite some time and I know she is in need of an increase in meds. by now. When we do see her endo., he asks the same questions. One of them is about her tummy. Always asking if it hurts at any time. I will be asking him why next visit in a month, but for now does anyone experience belly aches when they are undersuppressed? I ask my daughter to describe it and she really can’t. It is not like a have to go potty stomach ache. It seems to come and go, and they are in the mid morning. She always seems to be shy about 1 hour to her afternoon meds. when this happens. So I give her that dose then to see if she perks up. Sure enough the stomach ache soon passes and she feels back to herself. I do not double dose at all, but just give it earlier. This has happened maybe 3 times in the past two months. Maybe it is CAH related, maybe it is not. Just checking the signs of undersuppression. I am so used to her being oversuppressed in the past I do not remember the signs of under. Thanks!Laura
