COMPLAIN COMPLAIN COMPLAIN............ the way you and your child was treated is totally unacceptable. WHY the emergency rooms treat people so in humane I have never figured out. I also had the same experience with my Granddaughter and I showed myself so bad I was afraid I was going to be asked to leave ... but I FINALLY got the treatment that was needed for my child. I now have  emergency letters from endo and pediatrics for future use. I made a three ring binder notebook with some info from Cares describing CAH my granddaughters health card info .. doctors numbers.. social security number immunization records list of previous surgerys .. copy of our guardianship paper. Several information sheets on  her medication she takes and doses.. copies of her prescriptions ect. When I go to thr ER next time I will hand the album to the check in   nurse and hope fully she will be treated ASAP. Hope this helps you for your next trip.  Cherry
