I agree Sherry complain - the treatment received by some medics these days is not good enough.  My child had a crisis because people would not listen to me as they had starved him for so long, however when I complained to the endo - all he said was - he can’t change people’s attitudes!! Not sorry to hear this, or anything.  Perhaps you could get your endo to write a letter and a plan of action for your daughter in case she should ever need to be seen in ER again.  Put your complaints in writing.
