Elissa,

I have twin daughters, 19 months old, both with SWCAH. One of them is a great eater and is on aoub the 100th % or above for both height and weight. THe other has never even made it on the charts!! She is a real picky eater and we struggle to put pounds on her. I have always been concerned but her levels are good and ou7r endo assures me that as long as she is gaining SOMETHING (even if it is just a few ounces) that she is fine. He says that if she stops gaining or starts losing, then we will investigate further. She weighs about 19 pounds right now. Her sister weighs 30.

Also, she is a real restless sleeper and still gets up 1-3 times a night to drink milk (from a cup). The only way I explain that is she is hungry from not eating enough during the day. Since she is small, we just deal with the sleep deprivation and don’t really try to hard to break the habit. I figure she needs the calories!

Feel free to email me if you want to chat.
