I forgot to mention that my daughter is also very tiny and we have been doing the cicardian rythm dosing method.  We give her a smaller amount of Hydrocortisone than we were when dosing 3 times per day and her levels are great.  Haven’t seen any huge changes growth wise yet but at every appointment she has gained some height and weight although not a lot.  We dose at 5am, 11am, 5pm and 11pm.  Once you become accustomed to getting up to give the medecine you soon feel like you’ve always done it and you just fall straight back to sleep after dosing.  Good luck with getting your new endo to switch the medication and the method of dosing.
