My son’s medic alert bracelet reads:

ADRENAL INSUFFICIENCY;

HYDROCORTISONE INJECTION

NEEDED IN EMERGENCY.

Most ambulance attendants are not familiar with the term Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia, so it was recommended to us to use the above terminology. Our medic alert bracelet is the kind that is registered so we don’t have our son’s name on it - but it has his identification number as well as the Medic Alert company’s phone number so anyone needing to help our son can call and have his up to date medical information including our names and phone numbers as well as his endocrinologist’s name and number.

Hope this helps!
