Fortunately for us I am not able to tell you.  My endo insisted that my SWCAH son have the vaccine in order to avoid getting it.  She was concerned about his getting it.  Infact our endo insists on the flu shot every fall and has asked that our non-cah daughter get both vaccines also.  She feels it’s an added precaution for our son.    I would suggest that you contact your endo and ask their feelings.  Good luck with both your children.
