Hi Jill - My CAH-SW son got the chicken pox a couple of weeks after his non-CAH came down with them. If I can remember correctly, she was 7 and he was 3. I never had to stress dose him - he fared just fine! There was absolutely no difference in the way they each presented. I did keep both of them of Benadryl from the moment I realized they had it, until they scabbed up. This was done according to our ped-endo. They never itched and scratched and the whole experience was uneventful. Good Luck!
