I have a big problem.  I am engaged and I am unable to have sex because of CAH and a very small vaginal opening.  My fiance has been very loving and understanding and we still plan on getting married.  I want to have surgery before we get married so that we can have a normal sex life.  I just don’t know where to turn or where to go.  My mom has just swept this problem under the rug my entire life and is no help.  I have had a hard time finding a doctor that can help me.  I have heard of using dialators but I can’t even wear a tampon or even put the tip of my pinkie finger in because it causes so much pain.  What can I do?  Where can I go?  Who can help me?  I live in the southern california area and I’m getting married in 3 months.  What is the recovery time of surgery?  Is it even safe?  What are side effects of surgery?  Who can even do that surgery for me?  Please help me!!!!!
