congrats on the engagement!!  It is not often that we can find a mate that is as loving and understanding as the man that you have found.

I am smack dab in the middle of california.  i would definintely consult your endo and also check at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and speak to the endocrinologists office.  They might be able to give you the name of a doctor that could help you.  My daughter’s doctor was Dr. Hardy from Children’s.  He was actually a urologist.  YOu could also call a urologists office.  Good luck and this can be resolved.  We will keep you in our prayers.
