My daughter (who has SWCAH) turned 5 in March and still has no loose teeth, but her brother (non-CAH) lost his first 2 teeth just after he turned 5.  So for us CAH didn’t affect losing our teeth at all.  In fact, 5 years old is very normal to start losing teeth in fact my son was actually behind (in the number of teeth lost) compared to most of the kids in his kindergarten class.  Hope this helps.
