Hi Casey, I’m fairly new at all of this, so I’m just going to let you know of what my endo told me.  I was actually misdiagnosed with having PCOS before I found out it was NCCAH, so I was on birth control for a while.  My endo said that birth control only masks the problem.  You need other medication to help your body menstruate on its own, so that if and when you choose to have children, you will be able to.
