I ask this question because tonight I just found out my niece is expecting. I was curious if anyone out there that has CAH OR has a child with CAH. has another family member other than their own siblings, that have CAH. 

For example, say you have a child with CAH. And you, yourself also has a brother or a sister who has had a child that has CAH too. Is that possible?

No one but my daughter has CAH in my family so far. I rechecked medical histories on both sides of the family. I only came up with one infant that died shortly after birth. They said she had a lung developement problem. I am wondering if there was more. So I am wondering what the odds are that my neice (who is my brother’s daughter) can have a baby with CAH. I want to know so I can encourage her to seek testing to see if she is carrying a baby with CAH, so she knows there is an option to take Dex. if needed. Help me find this out please. Thanks!
