Congrats on your pregnancy---- I too am expecting and just scheduled my CVS for a week and a half from now.   I have been on dex since week 5 with no major side affects.  I have done my research, and have decided with good doctors doing the CVS I would perfer to get it done, and get off the dex earlier if carring an unaffected child.  Hope all goes will for you.
