My son has CAH.

 If my husband is a carrier ( of course he is ) then all of his sibling MIGHT be carriers too.  ( as well as my siblings)

 Last year his sister discovered she was pregnant. The first thing she did was to see a geneticist. She was tested to see if she was a carrier.

 Your niece needs to get tested. Odds are she is not.... but those were the same odds for US before we knew anything about CAH.  She has the advantage we never had... she KNOWS there is CAH in her family.
