I am 38 female with 17 OH CAH, and did not lose my teeth early. 5 is not early. It is average. 5-6 teeth start falling out. I have twins, girl/boy do not have CAH. They will be 7 on Aug. 7. My daughter has lost 6 teeth already and has all 6 year molars in by January of this year. She lost her first at 5. My son has only lost 2 so far and has about 4 loose.
