Absolutely, go out and do something for yourself!  As Dina and Cherry stated, you have taken all the precautions and you won’t be very far away.  When my CAH daughter was younger we did not hesitate to leave her with family members or very responsible older teenaged babysitters.  They all had the phone numbers to reach us and knew where we were.  I made sure they had that same info when my NON-CAH son was younger, too.  Go, do something, have fun - you deserve it!
