I have two boys with Salt Wasting CAH (ages 6 and 7).  Their Pediatric Endocrinologist (Duke Medical Center) has always encouraged us to give them every vaccination available.  Neither child has ever had a problem with any of the vaccinations.  You might want to get a second opinion.
