After again talking to my daughter’s endo I was told precisly what stress doses to give. But then after talking to my husband about it, I am just confused! haha

She takes normally:

Cortef 5mg at 6am, 2.5mg at 2pm and then another 2.5 mg at 9pm.

The endo told me to use the 5mg dose for stress dose. He said at a temp of 101 to double and anything over that triple.

So..

Does that mean, and forgive me I suck at math....

to double it would be 10mg and triple would be 15mg? Or do we just give her another dose of the 5mg. As in double would be just another 5mg and triple would be 10mg?

I hope I haven’t confused anyone! LOL
