I just wanted to let you know that you can also bring your extended family and friends.  Some of the children might feel more comfortable having a friend with them and we understand and support that.  You will just need to cover their entrance fee.

Speaking of such, please be sure that those of you who have RSVP’d  DO show up as I have to pay for anyone who doesn’t show up.  Before we could reserve a private Pavilion last week I had to sign a contract and give him a guarantee of a certain amount of people.  This was partially so that he would know how much food to supply us with and how many park employees he would need to assign to us.

So far the weather looks like it is supposed to be partly sunny and high in the 70’s!!  Don’t forget to bring your bathing suits and towels.  Especially those who just want to relax on the beach.

Those of you who plan on coming and haven’t emailed me yet please drop me an email letting me know how many will be coming and how old they are.  So far we have people coming in from Maine, PA, RI, NJ, NY, NH, Mass, VT, CT and maybe NC.
