My 9 yr old SW son is currently on currently on:

10 mg, 5 mg & 10 mg.

We have been instructed to administer stress dose at 101 and higher.  We are to triple his daily dose at each interval.

25 mg, 25mg & 25 mg. for 24 hrs or until the fever is gone.
