My 9 yr old SWCAH son has had a filling and sealants and we have never stressed dosed him for his visits.  To be honest I never considered it and have never discussed it with our endo.  Ryan is always so well controlled and just seems to go with the flow like any other child with out CAH so I just never thought of it.
