our typical endo visit goes like this

about  10 days before his apt we go for labs this way by the time we get to the apt they have his labs right there to go over with me.  the nurse weighs him and measures his head and his length.  then the doc comes in and asks how is eating drinking anything i notice unusual or that i may be concerned about and tells me how his lab work was.  he checks him over from head to toe and as long as everything is going ok he gives me lab instructions for next visit and  any refills if needed.  then we come back in 3 mos.  i think we wait longer than we actually talk to him.  i usually write down any questions i may have before the apt so i can get them answered.  by the way my son is 15 mos and he is a salt waster.
