I have a 2 1/2 yr. old daughter named Mollie with SWCAH, she is very healthy and all her levels have been exceptional.  We have only been in the hospital one time since birth, due to a bad bacterial infection.  My question is in the last few months we have noticed her having a strong underarm body odor.  I spoke with her endo at her last visit about it and he said the CAH probably had a lot to do with it.  I just keep baby powder or sometimes deodorant depending on how bad it is that day.  I hate to start deodorant on a daily basis due to her age. 

Also, she has started these little bumps on her face almost like acne.  It has really started to bother me, because the last thing anyone wants is for their little girl to have body odor and acne.  I bathe her usually twice a day and wash her face with just straight ivory soap.  If anyone has this problem and can give me some insight I would greatly appreciate.
